CLA for contract players in professional football Netherlands 2023 / 2027

The Dutch Federation of Professional Football Organisations ( FBO ) on one side and the Association of Contract Players (VVCS) and ProProf on the other side have entered into the following collective bargaining agreement.

The Stichting CAO voor Contractspelers was set up by the FBO, VVCS and ProProf for the purpose of exploiting collective commercial rights. Contract players and clubs have granted permission for this to the Stichting CAO voor Contractspelers via the CAO for Contract Players Professional Football.

The Stichting CAO voor Contractspelers also manages a Social Fund. The purpose of this fund is to use the available funds for (re)education, training and coaching of contract players. A next step has now been taken by the Stichting CAO voor Contractspelers to guide players, via this career portal, towards a new second career.

The VVCS and me. A strong team.

From my first contract, the VVCS handles all my affairs to my complete satisfaction.

Also abroad I am a member. Of the VVCS.

As a member of the VVCS and of the CSR Women I try to contribute my bit to the development of women's soccer.

I encourage players to develop. Just like the VVCS.

The preparation for a 2nd career I do myself. Together with the VVCS.
