The possibilities with online media seem limitless! Whether you want to use the possibilities of the internet more for business or private purposes in any case, you are running out of time. The possibilities are incredible. You can now quickly create a website yourself, you can ‘friend’ on one of the almost countless social media, you can share documents, videos and photos. Perhaps you have the idea of starting an online shop one day. So how do you make sure you are found? How do you get your video viewed? How can you possibly collaborate with others online? This course offers you a common thread and gives you opportunities to use online media for business.

For whom?
The course is intended for anyone who is privately or professionally involved in the application of online media and wishes to expand their knowledge of it in deployment or in business activities.

Required prior training
You should be able to operate your computer well and have an affinity with ICT.

Course duration
14 weeks in which you attend 13 class meetings of one and a half hours on average.

How do we work?
The course consists of class meetings and course material that you will receive digitally in a number of interactive e-learning modules. You will also stay in digital contact with your teacher.You can follow large parts of the course independently at a time that suits you best.

Result
You have a solid foundation in ICT skills. You can set up your own website and weblog. You are able to work quickly with others online.

Certification
After the last lesson, you take an online test. After passing, you will receive a
certificate. This certificate will grant you exemptions within the HBO Top-Level Sport Management and Entrepreneurship programme (2 ECTS).

Homework load
You should allow for 4 hours of practice per week.
