1. Fitness trainer Football Fundamentals level 1 (online)
2. Recovery trainer Football Fundamentals level 1 (online)
3. Periodization Football level 2 (online)
4. Fitness trainer Football level 2 (2 days)
5. Recovery trainer Football level 2 (2 days)

Where and when can I follow these courses?

The online courses consist of videos, quizzes and assignments and can be followed wherever and whenever you want. The course is concluded with an online theory exam. Any resits are included in the price.

The 2-day practical courses are offered in Zwolle, Utrecht and/or Valencia, among others. See the link below for more details.

How long do these courses last?

You have 12 months to complete all courses in this package. These courses can easily be scheduled alongside your job and/or football career.

What can I do with these courses after completing them?

After completing these courses, you could start working as a Fitness and Recovery Trainer in (higher) amateur football.
In addition, after completing this package, you will have access to the exclusive Soccer Performance Specialist Professional Football training course that will start in Utrecht and Zwolle in August 2025.

These courses are also an excellent addition for future football trainers in amateur or professional football.
